Billboards are popping up around the Mahoning Valley offering a $20,000 reward to help track a killer. The body of Lori Pullin Lynn was found sometime after 7:00 AM on August 2, 2017. She was face down in a pond with a riding tractor submerged in the water at her mother’s Shannon Road home in Liberty. Authorities believe Lynn was actually murdered the day before, on August 1, 2017. Initially the case was believed to be accidental, but was later ruled a homicide.
